Will the mask fit me?

Most LifeLikeMask full-head silicone masks are designed to fit common adult head sizes. Please check head circumference, neck size and product details before ordering. If you are not sure, contact us before purchase.

How should I wear the silicone mask?

• Remove earrings, piercings, rings or sharp accessories before wearing
• Avoid pulling the silicone strongly, especially around eyes, nose and mouth
• Use your palms to gently adjust the mask
• Do not use sharp nails or hard tools to stretch the mask

How do I clean and store the mask?

After use, gently wipe the inside with a clean damp cloth or mild silicone-safe cleaner. Let it dry naturally. Apply a light layer of talcum powder inside if needed, then store it away from heat, sunlight and sharp objects.

Can I use makeup on the mask?

Powder makeup such as blush or eyeshadow can be used carefully. Avoid oily makeup, alcohol-based products, strong solvents, latex, ammonia and aggressive cosmetics, as these may damage the silicone surface or painted details.

Can the mask be repaired?

Small cuts or splits may be repaired with silicone adhesive. For serious damage, please contact us with clear photos so we can check whether repair is possible.

Can I request a custom skin tone or makeup?

Yes. We can customize skin tone, facial texture, wrinkles, veins, scars, makeup style and aging details based on your reference photos.

Can I request custom hair, beard or moustache?

Yes. Hair, beard, moustache and eyebrow details can be customized depending on the mask design. Please send reference photos for a quote.

Can you create a completely new custom mask?

Yes. We can create custom silicone masks based on your photos, character concept, film project or special design request. Bespoke custom projects start from $2500 depending on complexity.

How do I order?

When will my mask be shipped?

Standard ready styles can usually be arranged quickly if in stock. Custom masks require production time depending on the design. We will confirm the production timeline before your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We support worldwide shipping. Shipping time depends on destination country, customs clearance and courier service.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Customs tax and import duty depend on your country’s local regulations. Buyers are responsible for local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees if required.

Can I cancel or return the order?

For hygiene and custom production reasons, custom masks are not returnable once production begins. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about size, style or details.
